To be a supplier for the Big Four ( General Motors, Ford, Volkswagen, Deimler-Chrysler ), Kirchhoff Polska must produce and deliver parts of the highest quality. To achieve this objective, a quality assurance system complying with QS9000 and VDA 6.1 standards has been developed and introduced in the company. After one year of the company's operation this new quality system was approved and in July 2000 certificates for conformity with QS9000 and VDA 6.1 standarts were granted to Kirchhoff Polska.

     In October 2001 the Management System of Kirchhoff Polska has been certified according to European environmental standard EN/PN/ISO 14001. Then, in July 2003 the certification audit according to standard TS 16949 took place and was passed successfully. As a result, Kirchhoff Polska acquired the above standard and received the certificate.

     The wider use of a process approach in Kirchhoff Polska Management System, implementation and use of more advanced management tools like Balanced Score Card or 6 Sigma, these are the next steps of our management methods' improvement process.
